I just wanna know what kinda gas mileage people are averaging with their b6. With my ko4 set, driving 50/50 highway and city, getting in boost about 50% of the time. I average about 300 miles per tank. I would like to hear other people's averages.

Depending on how heavy my foot is I get about 300 a tank, sometimes less with the F21. I have seen 270 before. That was a fun tank

Right now I'm driving like a grandma and staying out of boost and i almost got to 200 miles at half tank. I do have to say its no fun driving like this to save so little. I'm addicted to boost.

did a full tank and i did a reset on the mile counter. I got to about 330 to a full tank. I thought this was a bit off but I guess I am well within the normal ranges. I thought this was off because when I did my full tank My "DTE" read that I had well over 400 miles to the tank. (I believe it was about 450 or something)

So it seems with the b6 300 is about normal. I was getting 300 miles per tank with my stock b6.

In my stock USP I average about 400 miles per tank. Most of my driving is highway and out of boost, and I don't keep the full size spare in my trunk. I'm also fanatical about keeping my tire pressures exactly where I want them.

i noticed that winter gas mix gives less MPG than the summer or warmer temp mixture. I am seeing more MPG now than in the middle of the winter.
Normally i would get 75 miles per quarter. now i am seeing 90 per quarter or more.

Based on your PEI location I think you mean L/100km not mpg.

I am currently averaging 7.5L/100km with mixed hwy/city driving.

I filled up my car and after driving 58.7 miles at 80 mph in 6th gear my "DTE" said 660. I know this is BS but I am in limp mode so might have something to do with it.

I plan on filling up my tank on Saturday before I drop it off at RSW so I will really know if I'm getting 38.2 MPG.

I have never been one to really concern meself with MPG....
As ya really have very little control over it and the prices we pay for gasoline....
Yah you can use it to judge weather or not your car is performing as well as it should, but
Other than that what real use is it? Car need gas to drive...ya have to drive...mpg helps you drive less? Conserve?
Know how much money ya spend on gas every week?

Why not buy an electric car? Oh ya...you dont pay road tax when you fill up your electric so they tax you up front in its price and on its annual registration!

One way or another the oil companies and the government will get the money from you...mpg or no mpg...

As mentioned in the countless other threads about this I average 25-27 MPG on winter gas and 27-29 MPG on summer gas by actual measurement NOT the dash indicator. On my original stock setup I averaged 22-24 MPG. See here for what EPA says http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/bymod...udi_A4S4.shtml

I threw the average speed in there because I work at 4am. And where I live I have to watch my speed. Highway driving isn't long, when I actually do highway distance it averages 29-32.

26 average is normal daily combined with city and highway.

I was getting roughly 22-23mpg on the highway and I couldn't figure out why but recently I seafoamed the engine into the oil/gas/vac line and now im getting steady 27-28mph that was tested over 1000miles already. Next on the list is fuel filter :)
