Car not boosting -- Vacuum lines hooked up correctly?

Car hardly boosts at all, and since turbos are new to me, i have no idea what is supposed to be where. I have a manual boost controller and i need your help to tell if its hooked up correctly.

The controller has one line going to the top of the wastegate, while the other line is going to to a T splitter, one side goes to the side of the wastegate, the other side connects to the intake manifold and what looks like the pressure regulator on the fuel rail. I have provided a link to a video that shows everything.

Just out of curiosity, why did you hook it up like that? You should just install it in place of the N75.

This is exactly how i bought it, i dont have a N75 valve, only thing on my intake other that my MAF is the recirculating tube off the BOV near the intercooler

Welcome, you are about to learn a crazy amount of stuff about your car if you stick around the forum.

The N75 is a solenoid switch that activates when your car wants to open up the turbo wastegate to regulate boost.

If your car isn't boosting, the wastegate is being opened all the time. The wastegate regulates the flow of exhaust gases that pass through the exhaust turbine to spin the impeller.
Here's a diagram of some common boost controller + N75 setups.

I can't seem to find any manufactures instructions on the wastegate, It’s an EMUSA wastegate, and on the diagram that Avant Nate provided, I do not have a pressure fitting on the turbo. Trying to obtain the turbo brand from previous owner since there is no visible markings on the turbo its self. As for a pre-manifold vacuum source, where do you suggest?

What are your thoughts on a vacuum manifold? Thinking of just hooking up my lines this way but don't know much about these..

This is a crude but accurate layout of my lines

I would try just running a straight line from the manifold to the bottom port, then you should be at wastegate spring pressure. Have you pulled off the intake and inspected the compresser fins? You should be able to hear that turbo spooling, even if its not building boost.

I can hear the turbo spooling, and all fins look good and there is 0 shaft play, if i take off the top port, do i plug it? and do i plug the hose that went there as well?

Offnote -- i thought this was normal, guess not. SO, car is EXTREMELY loud at idle, just thought thats the way it was. Well, turns out its because my WG is stuck open (explains why 0 boost).
What it used to do, was have the wastegate open at idle, then i could hear it shut as i laid deeper into the throttle, and when it would get to about 5PSI it felt like i was hitting a wall, car would buck, bog n sputter. Not sure whats going on here, ill take off the WG this weeken to try to figure out why its not sealing
