Stripe Pictures Thread

Hi guys,

last summer, I saw an S4 at the ICAR racetrack (north of montreal) with amazing discrete stripes on the fenders. These were a very light grey on a white ibis car ...and it looked amazing.

I known that the S4 is more of a classy car, where stripes are not that common. But any of you guys put stripes on their S4 ... I would like to see pictures!!!

D@mn I wish I took picture of that S4.

I seen some amazing wraps or stripes on M3s as well. The S4 owners seem more conservative.

Some simple examples. It does not mean to be too much ... The following pictures are M3s, but the S4 has very nice lines as well ...wonder why we do not see more creativity.

Personally, I only put vinyl decals like stripes when there's a special car meet that I have to attend (like a "rally") and I wanna be a tad different. I would keep them on for maybe a week at most after such event, then they come off the car. They garner too much attention especially from law enforcement. I like to keep my car classy on normal driving days.

Well the last two images are basically marketing campaigns by Audi and Reiger so sure no one would go to that extend and put stripes all over their car (unless the cases you specified above).

Moderation is the key IMO for daily driver etc.

Yup, I know. I'm aware of these images. Just expressing my thoughts on stripes/decals in general because I do see some Audi cars that have them permanently. I also like to be just subtle with them in terms of colors. White cars have great color choices. For my black car, I stick to just graphite, silver, red or light green. Here's an example:
