Are motor mounts interchangeable from left to right?

I just purchased an audi a4 2003 1.8 turbo and im going to change the motor mounts, transmission mounts, and snub mount.

I went to autozone and they only had one motor mount model number in stock and I assumed that this meant it either had 1 motor mount period or I can buy two of them and use both on the audi, meaning interchangeable.

This is the autozone Part Number: 8997 Alternate Part Number: A6926

Am I missing something here or are they in fact different and I have to buy to separate looking motor mounts?

Also do I have one or two transmission mounts?

If you have a manual there is a single center transmission mount. If you are an auto you have two of the same mounts, but one on either side, they are both the same. The two motor mounts and snub mount are the same for auto and manual and they are the same for the left and right motor mount as well.

untrue, the stock left and right engine mounts are different part #s due to the unequal weight distribution /angling of the 1.8T engine. It's not a huge difference though, and almost all aftermarket mounts use the same part for both sides

Hmm, well then. I stand corrected. I didn't know that since I ordered 034 street ones, so they were the same for both sides. Good info!

    So a little confused.

I'm not buying the original audi motor mounts, just the autozone ones, so this means that they are the same for both sides as long as they are not oem right?
