S5: Premium Plus vs Prestige

I am currently looking at a new S5. I am coming over from BMW and would like to know the difference between Premium Plus and Prestige. I have found 2 cars that I like, one Prem+ and one Prestige. The P+ model has Nav, Side Assist, B&O, and Fine Nappa. Wondering what the advantage of the Prestige model would be over this?

Basically, with the Prestige package, you get MMI, and Side Assist included in the base MSRP, with the availability to add on Driver Assist Package (Audi Adaptive Cruise Control, and Dynamic Steering), a Comfort Package (Perforated Milano leather seating surfaces, Leather-covered door armrests and pulls, and Twelve-way power front comfort seats, including four-way power lumbar adjustment), and a Power Rear Sunshade. With the Premium Plus, you can add on the MMI and Side Assist, but the other options (Driver Assist, Comfort, Sunshade) are not available as upgrades. All of the other options (B&O radio, Sport Differential, Nappa Leather, and Adaptive Dampening Suspension) you can get on both.

+1. No regrets - Sports Diff/Adaptive Dampening give a flexibility you just don't get otherwise. If I'm driving mommy around, it's "COMFORT MODE" ... and when mommy isn't with us, it's "COMBAT MODE."
