    I/M readiness. Normal?

So I have a scanner for my car and it has the readiness test available on it, so I decided to run a test for fun, I had driven for maybe 8 minutes prior to the test which included about 3 minutes of highway. When I did the test I was running at idle. There's an X on the cat part which I'm not sure if its normal. Does this mean the cat isn't at operating temp or is it because I'm just on idle? here is a pic if anyone could help me out.

    Thanks

Readiness monitors are either 'passed' or 'failed'. When was the last time you cleared codes, or reset the ECU?

    Pic dosnt work.

You need to click on the Insert Image icon and post the URL there. I just opened your first attempt in another tab so I could pick up the URL and then posted it with Insert Image.

And yes the red X indicates that the cat has not passed readiness yet.

That's exactly what I did, I took the URL from photobucket and inserted it into Insert Image icon and it still didn't work... My car was up to temp when I did the test so I hope there's nothing wrong there, I'm just worried for the e-test coming up this summer.

This is the link that I pulled from photobucket:
    http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w...3080842021.jpg

And continue to monitor the cat. It very well may clear itself.

    Hey guys,

Just a few more minutes of driving and the cat passes readiness. Does anyone know if the 2 bottom sections should be in the test or not?
