Thank you for your quick response I really appreciate it.

Would anyone else happen to know how many pins are on the MAF for a 2000 A6 Quattro 2.8L?

One more question the O2 sensors, do they need to be direct fit or can they be universal?

no point in replacing them if there working....do you have a code/check engine light for a bad o2 sensor?

If you do want to replace them to be safe the do only Bank 1 Sensor 1 and Bank 2 Sensor 1

Yes, the check engine light came on the day after I bought it. I did run the codes and stupidly erased them but it said O2 up and downstream

Will the universal ones work or they should and need to be direct fit?

you can use universal o2 sensors for the two rear o2 sensors......
Bosch Universal 4-Wire Oxygen Sensor- Mfg Part#15733

But for the front two you cannot. I suggest OEM ones or Bosch for the front two

also do you have a quattro or FWD.......and is your engine code ATQ or AHA
