    Bentley Wheel Fit?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
    Hi Guys,

I guess this question applies to all rims of this size - note: I have extensively consulted the wheel fit/photo thread.

I recently picked up a 2010 A4 Avant which I love so far. Now I'm looking for wheels and Bentley Flying Spur wheels caught my eye (large 5 spoke).

    The wheel specs are :

    19x9
    et41 offset
57m bore which I would need to bore out to 66.6mm in order to fit on the hub, AFAIK.

I understand that these wheels "will fit" but I plan to drive daily with these and wanted to run this by you guys before spending the money.

Car is 100% stock but might be eventually lowered on H&R OE Springs...not an immediate consideration, however.

    - What is everyone's opinion on fit?
    - Also, what is the largest tire I can run without any rubbing issues and/or fender mods? Most of the cars I'm seeing are slammed and with crazy tire stretch. I do not want this - I simply want a large rim and tire combo.
    - Anything else to consider?

    TIA.

I can't comment on the fitment but, Imo coils/springs take precedence over wheels, larger wheels on a stock suspension gives the car a 4x4 look

i can tell you right now those wheels will look RETARDED. they only look good if they are slammed and stretched.

flying spur wheels on a 4x4 avant will look so stupid i dont even want to imagine it.. get something else if you really don't plan to prioritze dropping. some rs4 wheels or something
Modifications: Parents ran out of money so they bought me tires that were way too small for my wheels.

    this ^^

you will either need to run bags or a low drop on coils....stock will look dumb

but to answer your question you could run a 255/35/19 and wont rub...if you drop on coils depending how low you go you can stretch a 235/35/19 with no problems
