Default What does "NCIB" mean on a Carfax?

Hey all. Looked at the carfax for a 2012 C7 and the first couple of lines looked like this:

I know what the NCIB is, I'm just wondering why it's listed first. Also can anyone enlighten me as to why there are no service records? This was a corporate car. Is that common?
