    Hello, happy holidays to everyone!

    So, when I bought b5 s4, it had this thing broken, so I removed it, I am not sure what was there (seems like ashtray maybe?) what is it called and ideally does anyone know partnumber?

    this plus an ashtray. obdii port was moved to below the steering wheel, they just never removed the part from where it is on the b5. you can see the obdii symbol on the bottom left of the cover.

    Ah i see, so NA cars had the OBDII port moved?

    My car is a Euro so all B5's have it there (even 2001 S4's).

    Yes. OBD II in N/A are universally located under the dash kick panel by the driver side.

    if there's not a P/N located on the underside of the cover,it's going to be apart of the the whole tray. I'd have to look at ETKA or you would have to call a dealer.

    yup, I should have mentioned it was moved for north american cars.

    It is the cover to the rear ashtray and access to the OBD port. Why, what is wrong with yours?
