    2008 A4 's-line' : Add aux input to audi symphony? and a2dp?

Been searching around but haven't been able to find a definitive solution to adding auxiliary input to my a4. Just bought it from first owner and it does not have ipod kit in the glove:/ Also, am looking to add bluetooth aux input if there's a good (inexpensive) solution for it.

    Anyone try either of these?

    2008 A4 's-line' : Add aux input to audi symphony? and a2dp?

I got dension and love it. It was a five minute install minus setting up the cord in the glove box and it charges my iPod at the same time. Also maintains stock Bluetooth

Enfig/Dension are the easiest to install.

    Get the following:
    http://enfigcarstereo.com/VW_AUX_DMX_V5.html
    http://www.amazon.com/Kinivo-BTC450-...hands-free+kit
    http://www.amazon.com/3-5mm-Female-M...+female+to+rca
    http://www.amazon.com/PAC-Ground-Iso...ds=ground+loop

    Drawback from my experience:
I'm disappointed in the enfig/dension because ground loop isolation doesn't exist or doesn't work right (you will get the whining noise when you accelerate), sound quality isn't as good as playing CDs/MP3 CDs but its a 1000x better than any crappy FM modulator or tape deck adapters (LOL) It could be that the accessory is overprocessing in their "magic" box or there is too much series inductance or resistance on the lines. I don't know what they have in the box, but hopefully they built in ESD protection as well. I've been meaning to take apart but never had the time or financial resources to take it apart or potentially damage it.

My drawback is just a drawback, it does not break the idea one bit, still a GREAT option to go wireless and bring this car back to present technology :)

works great, charges and doesn't affect bluetooth

I tested the Belkin side-by-side with the Kinivo, Kinivo sounds better and has previous/next buttons for audio music, also Belkin requires you to press a button everytime you get into the car to connect. Kinivo connects once you're in the vicinity.

So it looks like I'm gonna go with a combination of:

    http://www.audizine.com/forum/showth...or-Symphony-II
    &
    http://www.kinivo.com/Kinivo-BTC450-.../dp/B009NLTW60

Unless someone has an inexpensive solution for adding a2dp directly to the stereo?

Also, some of those kits look nice but they rely on the old 30 pin iPhone connection. I've got an iphone 5 and want it to be compatible with all phones so if I don't opt for bluetooth connected directly, I'd only want a cord with a headphone style connection.
