ABS+ESP light gives 01435 code Brake Pressure sensor intermittent

Have both the ABS and ESP lights come on every time I drive. I previously looked up these symptoms and some said brake switch. I replaced and it the lights still come on. I had a local person scan it with vagcom and it came up with this:

Address 03: ABS Brakes Labels: 8E0-614-517.lbl
    Part No: 8E0 614 517 A
    Component: ABS/ESP allrad 4529
    Coding: 04275
    Shop #: WSC 06435
    VCID: 264335ACC28EFA287A7

    1 Fault Found:
    01435 - Brake Pressure Sensor 1 (G201)
    35-10 - - - Intermittent

I had him clear all the codes and we drove around for a bit and it didn't return. It was fine probably for a week without coming on, but then they came back and now come on every time. I searched this and there were no resolutions to this code. The ABS appears to be working. What else could it be? I've heard potentially needing to rebuild ABS module, but how does one know this is exactly what is needed?

Replace the sensor in the ABS pump and then bleed the system of air.. Worked for me, had the issue for quite sometime.

Where about is the sensor? Also don't you have to bleed with vagcom too?

Yours wasn't a bad sensor then or did you have other issues? I don't want to buy a sensor if just the ABS module needs to be resoldered. Anyone else have same or similar issue?

I originally bought the sensor for the same code you have, as the sensor seems to fail, ...

but I landed a very low mileage ABS unit, which had the sensor on it, and replaced the entire ABS, when I switched to B7 S4 brakes...

The sensor I bought from the dealership...its new and has never been installed.

So you replaced everything and it went away? Why do you need to switch AbS modules for s4 brakes?

I know this is a couple of months old but maybe it helps someone else who will surely have the same issue. I had the same issue ABS and ESP lights on intermittent and the code 01435 for the Brake Pressure Sensor and that is exactly what it was the sensor. Some models have the sensor internally and some are screwed in to the pump under the coolant tank like mine is and was the problem. A tuner shop here found it for me replaced it and all has been good since. If the sensor is bad a rebuilt module or brake switch will not fix your issue until the actual sensor is replaced. Mine ran $330 to replace and install and the sensor ran about $280 of that cost. Maybe this will help someone else with this issue? Good luck, this one can be frustrating to solve.

What year is your car? I believe mine (05) you have to buy the whole ABS module. Mine turned out to be the brake light switch even though I had installed a new one. I noticed the cruise wouldn't kick off immediately with a light touch of the brake pedal. I reset the switch per instructions and all was fine after that.
