No luck at Autozone, Advance Auto Parts, Sears, and everyone else I can think of. Anyone else in the area have this stupid little tool? I guess it is shame on me for not having it before I began.

Local SnapOn dealer.... either that or just run by the Audi dealership and talk to your service rep. Ask to see if you can borrow one from the techs there and be diligent about bringing it back the SAME day if possible. Offer to pay to borrow it if necessary so it shows good will on your part that you value them having the tool.

Honestly, your best move is to just order a set online. Lots of random bolts on this car require spline drives. It's worth it to have the extras, pretty sure the AK required one, the rear sway bar bushing mounts, and most recently the rear diff bushing bolt.

Pretty sure I went with this, but can't find it in my amazon order history - http://www.amazon.com/Neiko-10-Piece...ef=pd_sim_hi_5

I did buy these, and they were of poor quality - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Also, good move to get some hex drives. I think the one really useful standalone tool (which would normally come in a kit) I have is a 14mm ratcheting box wrench.

Yea what I do in these cases is that I just buy a set. When I did my wheel bearing I needed a 19mm hex, ended up buying 10-19 in a length I didn't already have. never know when that one tool you don't have will save you.

Saud, I appreciate the offer, but didn't see it until just now. I ended up buying a set that should arrive today. Thanks for the help everyone. I am just hoping this AK is worth the headache I have caused myself by not having the right tools.

I ended up going with Amazon and got a nice kit for $30. With the parts in hand, it took all of 30 mins to install. So waiting three days for parts for a 30 mins install stresses the importance of checking tool requirements before starting! Lesson learned.

So far with some minimal pushing, steering feedback does feel better and more crisp. I will need to get on it a little harder to see the extent of the improvement. I will say, it is a shame the underbody panels cover this piece up, b/c it is a beautiful piece of hardware. I can imagine any tech pulling that cover off and saying "wow, nice piece". Very impressive work from Eurocode for sure!!!

Nice sir! There are a lot of spline bolts on this car, I'm sure they'll come in handy down the road.

I installed the AK today. The hard to find XZN bit was never needed, weird. Haven't had much time to really drive the car yet, but during normal driving (10 mins) I didn't notice a change to the steering.

Pretty sure the bolts are different between the B8 and B8.5, maybe it's only a facelift thing.

They XZN's are new for 2013. Nice of them to throw those in.

I ended up going with these, http://www.amazon.com/dp/B004WK9I3O/..._M3T1_ST1_dp_1 Very nice quality and have the extras for future work. I am really going back and forth about jumping on the group buy for the USS sways and end links.

As for install, I did you jack stands. I ended up notching a hockey puck to get around the channel on the bottom. I jacked up from the back jack point until I had enough room to get the jack stands under on the second lift setting. From there I jacked the car up from the lower control arm joint without any issues. because I like to do my own work, I ended up buying a PureMS jack pad which should be here in the next week or so.

As for driving, I do notice a difference in what I would call bobbing, or steering adjustment when accelerating through a turn. Before I would have make more corrections to the wheel because it would sway or move from the line, not it just stays right where it should. I was a little skeptical, but I can now see why everyone adds this piece. Great feedback and predictability mid corner.
