I'm planning to install EC sway bars & end links.

Could someone tell me what is fair price for installation?

If install is not hard, how long and difficulty is DIY?

    Thanks

Front sway bar takes 30-45 minutes. Rear takes about 90. To do the end links, add about 15 minutes max for front or rear. Front is really easy, nothing special. Rear is tough only because there is very little space. If you are doing it yourself, get a 13mm (IIRC) ratcheting box wrench for the rear. There is not enough space for even a short socket between the bolt and strut and if you use an open wrench, you can only move it a few degrees per turn. The $15 investment in the ratcheting box is worth it.

For the rear bar, make sure to drop the exhaust as far as you can. To start, I only disconnected the hangers on the mufflers but eventually also pulled the hanger near the center resonator and that gave much more room to fit the rear bar in.

I incorrectly set the length of the front end-links...when I had my springs installed the tech adjusted them correctly, I had them too short with some decent pre-load.

I'm an absolute noob and it took me the better part of a day (maybe 6 hrs total) to do the rear on stands and front on ramps. Rear was much harder.

1.5 hours for the front and one hour for the rear

Your estimates are way off base. It takes 10-15 minutes alone just to rack the car. The front bar takes more work than the rear, as you will need to remove the sound deadener (lower tray) from the vehicle.

The install is not to difficult, we have a comprehensive DIY guide http://www.ecodetuning.com/Pictures/...ll%20Guide.pdf.

FWIW, a buddy "helped" me do mine. The front was quick and easy, but the back was quite difficult due to spacing. It was very hard to get around the exhaust, even after we lowered it a little. The type of lift we used might have been part of the issue as it held the car more in the center (and limited the amount the exhaust can be lowered).

I am sure that the second and third install of this type would be more quick, but it took us like an hour just to get the bar in past the exhaust.

These bars are the single best mod so far... enjoy them.
