How to attach S4 Front Grille Badge?

I just got this from ECS Tuning:

I called and they told me there is no additional hardware needed. They said it just clips on. Obviously that's not true because it does not "just clip on".

What am I missing?

I can't believe this sh**!! I was all excited to put on the S4 badge because when I bought the car, it was missing. Now, I can't even do it!

Is there a part number for this clip? I searched for badge clip and couldn't find anything.

I thought about that but would if I have to change out the grille. I won't be able to get it off.

What sucks even more is that while searching for the metal clip, I found out that Scotty@advanced has the S4 badge for $28.50

My buddy got one off ebay and it's not the right size. That's why I went with genuine. But as I mentioned above, Scotty has genuine badges for $28. Yes, I am pissed it didn't even come with the clip.

Thanks everybody. I was able to get the clips from local Audi dealer. Just in time for H20 (what a blast!!).

@EvilSmurf - the silicone idea is interesting. I didn't want to use epoxy or glue in case I needed to remove. I'm also surprised it holds that well.

Stumbled up on this thread on finding a GOOD solution to attach the S3 logo onto my RS Grille.

Solution CANNOT be a tape method and CANNOT be a glue method.

Since I took off my front license plate holder, I have 2 spare clips.

I THINK the clips can secure the S3 logo onto the RS Grille.

So, I found out the S3 front logo/emblem is made SPECIFICALLY for the original OEM stripped S3 Grille.

Solution: 3M Moulding tape.

It works!

But, you have to take your time to make sure no excess 3M tape shows or creeps out of the logo when you stick it onto the new grille.
