    2. What radio did the car come with from the factory. (It doesn't matter if you have Bose)

    Yes

4 What is the brand and model number of your new radio?

Whatever you suggest that gets me CarPlay.

I definitely want Sirius but the reception sucks when I tried to use it with the stock radio.

Wiring harness - Connects to your cars original harness and terminates into Blaupunkt style connector. (We also have PNP adapters that convert the Blaupunkt style connector into radio specific connections)
https://enfigcarstereo.com/ENFIG_SRWH_AUD3_HILO.html Fixes low rear audio and does steering wheel controls with a SWCL.

This our radio mounting kit. It matches the factory dash pretty close to perfect. Your radio has a large face that is not compatible with our standard kit.

To use factory Satellite antenna you must run the cable to the tuner in the trunk. You will still need to buy a new tuner this is just to use the antenna.

    Hey,

We do not have the Chorus in the US. I assume you have the Chorus II+. I also need to know if you have a CD changer or iPod dock in the glove box.

    1. Year and model of car.....2016 Audi A6

    2. What radio did the car come with from the factory. (It doesn't matter if you have Bose) ....Standard audi sound

3.Does the car have steering wheel controls?........yes

4 What is the brand and model number of your new radio?....want to keep the factory

    5. Are you going to be using a Sirius XM satellite tuner if yes which one? yes..Currently using stock system

Honestly just looking for speaker upgrades etc...I have a blown front driver side door speaker and was seeing what kind of options are available for upgrading without changing the head unit, can I just were to start changing out all the speakers for aftermarket, I know its harder with the Bose and B&O systems which I do not have, just figured since I have to swap out a speaker I would rather get a better one than the factory junk ones

Sorry we almost never do speaker upgrades unless we are doing an entire audio replacement. I do not have much insight into what replacement speakers work well with the factory audio.

    1. Audi A4 B6 2.4L v6; 2002
    2. Audi Chorus II Single Din — still in safe mode because I don’t know the code. If that matters.
    3. Yes, and would like to keep them.
    4. JOYING 7" Single 1 Din Android 10.0 Universal Car Radio Stereo 2GB RAM 32GB ROM
    5. Not sure what this means… but I’m going to say no?

Please recommend a special adapter that will be compatible and a patch lead that will work with that head unit.

I have a 2009 convertible with RNS-E nav radio. I have installed a rear view camera, wired it and routed video cable to the dash. It appears that installing an aftermarket radio with Car Play would be superior to the RNS-E in every respect and easier and cheaper. Whic radio is the best choice for basic radio functions, and Apple Carplay, and ability to utilize my rear view camera and steering wheel controls?

For basic functions I always recommend Sony. They have the best screens and easiest UI for the $500 and under radios.

So I spoke to the JOYING manufacturer/seller and they told me that exact JOYING head unit radio stereo does NOT use a Kenwood style plug.
Can you recommend a CAN-Bus steering control adapter interface and a patch lead that is compatible?

    Hello here are my answers:

    1. 2014 RS5
    2. What radio did the car come with from the factory. B&O Audi MMI w/navigation
    3. Yes
    4. Suggestions?
    5. Don't care about XM

Looking to upgrade the system to a touch screen with android auto and possibly upgrade the rear sub. Looking for suggestions. RSNav seems great but way too expensive.

We do not trust any screens that replace the factory screen. We still install them for friends and family and have mixed results. I have no opinion on their product.

We only do installs on speakers so I cant comment on that.

We will soon be offering CarPlay/Android Auto for the that car using the factory screen but that's not what you are looking for.

I have the radio installed. After fully connected, I was not getting it to power on. I have a background installing car audio so I started some troubleshooting. I found that the red accessory wire on the main harness is not getting power. To test, I connected the constant to the accessory and both the screen and Alpine key powered on. Ran into another issue, no sound/volume whatsoever comes out. In looking at all of my wiring, I found one factory harness that was connected prior that isn't now. I'm a missing an adaptor or module of some sort that will supply accessory power and also communicate with the factory amp? All fuses were checked and are good from each side of the dash and trunk.
