Car got hit..Insurance recommends Precision Auto Collision in LN.. Feedback?

Some guy made a u turn into my passenger rear quarter panel. Hit the tire and the quarter panel. I was going about 30, he was going about 2-3mph.

Mercury Insurance is recommending Precision Auto Collision in Laguna Niguel off Camino Capistrano. Of course Yelp shows only good reviews for them..

Anyone ever taken a car here or know of someone who did? What should I make sure they know/have to repair the S5 correctly? Should I ask about paint matching, or proper tools to repair the car?

I think the wheel and axle area are ok. I've driven it 30 mi and haven't noticed any noises or vibrations while driving, it doesn't pull one way, and going over speed bumps sounds fine except for the carpet looking cover in the wheel well sticks down a bit and rubs on the tire of speed bumps... But none-the-less, I want it back to the way it was before.
I know my sister took her Mercedes there about 3 years ago, and her paint is starting to chip on her bumper. (I'm told they guarantee everything for life so she just has to go back and get it re-painted, but do I want to deal with that?)

Beverly Hills auto body does amazing work but that may be too far from you.

I was considering Anaheim Hills Auto Body since a friend works there.. but that's quite far as well

Does Beverly Hills work with Mercury Insurance at all do you know? I'm happy to take it a little farther to a repair shop if I know that the work will be very very good quality.

I just had mine fixed with Tristar Auto Body & Paint in Huntington Beach. Did a great job and they worked out better pricing from insurance. They put on quad exhaust and Deval Rear Valence. (I paid a extra for Deval)
I was rear-ended. Lawrence is a great guy, I was recommended by Autuning in Huntington Beach.
Worked out perfect.

His 3500 GMC Truck was pulled over on the side of the road. I was passing on the left hand side... he decided to do a u-turn over double yellow with no signal as i was passing by on his left when he was pulled over to the curb.

Another reason I wanted to take it to Anaheim Hills Auto Body is because I was hoping my friend could arrange a carbon cleaning for free while its in there. (I'm sure he'd do this for me). But with 21k miles, not sure if that's really necessary.

Heard good things about tri star.

We had a car (rear bumper) fixed a few years back at an Audi approved facility in long beach, Class Auto.

They were just ok.. Extremely expensive and the job was decent.. They ended up having to paint the bumper twice, because the first time it came back with fisheye defects in the paint.

I don't know that I would go back.

That's what I keep hearing... is the paint is the biggest issue.

I think i'll go with Precision since its close to me. However, I'm still hesitant. I'll leave feedback after they complete the job.

DO NOT go to Mckenna Collision Center or European Collision Center in Norwalk. I had my 2009 S5 fixed there and came back with screwdriver marks and scratches. I complained to the owner but only the window control panel was replaced and that was it. There were marks everywhere since they had to take the whole car apart for the repair. Not to mention they made the side "V8" emblem into an "8V" Also, the headlight fluid cover thing wasn't fitting in propery. They did nothing about it! I even wrote them up on BBB. If you care about your car, do not go there! I had a very bad experience there.
