Why do you want to go custom route...?
Reason is, I don't know how satisfied I'll be with going the K04 route. I think the power is good, but what if I want more down the line?

I have a bunch of local people that can do tunes, it's just a matter of having the software to control what needs to be controlled. That's where I'm hitting the brick wall. I just got off the phone with a tuner in Portland that seemed optimistic and gave me some good options. This is the first time, that somebody has actually said "well, let me find out for you.. call me back", instead of "nope, can't be done". I can at least appreciate this :).
So I'm hopeful something will come out of it.
