Does anybody have any experience getting body parts from partsgeek? My colleague is looking for a B5 front grille and is available in partskeek for just $30.

Are these parts really new or just remanufactured ones? They listed it as new with brand 'Action Crash Parts'.

Do platinum manufacturers go through similar inspection procedures as that of CAPA certified companies? Any idea?

Idk about body parts, but I have ordered a lot from partsgeek for my S/A4 and have never had an issue. I have a stock grille if you need one, don't have the trim around it though.

If they make a mistake, like they ship you a VW grille instead, you pay to ship it back.

They shipped me a wrong item.

I got a wrong part, who pays for return shipping?
We do not offer return shipping reimbursement regardless of the party at fault. All returns are freight prepaid by the customer.

    ^^^

'regardless of the party at fault'?

What kind of stupid rule is that? I think we will get the part from somewhere else..
