What's your guys opinion on this? Im going to the dealer monday to take a look at them side by side. Up to this point ive seen videos of both and seen like an old post on audizine about Glacier vs Ibis. Im not sure when the Glacier White Metallic was released. But it still seems like a uncommon color. Totally random guess 1/10 white audi's are glacier. From the pictures and videos i have seen it looks much better than the ibis(my opinion). Just thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to see what other people have to say about how these two compare before i go see for myself in real life.

Ibis is a cleaner white, closer to pure white than Glacier.

    Glacier Vs Ibis

I had an ibis A3 and loved it. Much bluer/clear white. Glacier has more grey in it - almost like Suzuka grey with less grey...!

According to the sales guy at the dealer, the Glacier has more of a "glitter" or "sparkle" to it, especially in sunlight. When I looked at the two side by side, I did slightly notice what he was talking about.

Glacier white is metallic white which cost about $500 more and ibis white is a flat white. Go with glacier white. It looks better under sun light.

    Glacier Vs Ibis

I love my Glacier, it's got a blueish/gray hue to it. It's definitely noticeable next other plain white cars... Go for it!

    Personal Preference....

It comes down to personal preference really....

I really liked the Ibis white as it is a "White White".....the Glacier, while it is nice, looked a bit "off" to my wife and I. We looked at two vehicles side by side, and we both liked Ibis better.

With that being said....you really can't go wrong with either of them TBH.

I like the refined look of the white and it is WAY easier to keep clean. Adding tint to the windows (a must IMO) makes it really stand out!

Best of luck....let us know what you decide!

Visit the dealer and compare the colors yourself....I for one initially wanted Ibis but after comparing both colors at the dealer, I ordered Glacier. You should decide on what you like

Ibis does have a yellow look when compared to the others. I once saw all 3 whites together. Glacier, ibis, syZyka. In artificial light glacier looks the whitest, but outside, glacier has a bluish/silver tinge while Suzuka has a grayish one

    Glacier Vs Ibis

It comes down to you wanting a metallic/pearl (glacier) or non metallic (ibis) IMO.
