I just flipped through this thread, Nate your car wasn't always white?? What a transformation from stock. Nice job, but why didn't you just buy a white one?

Sad to see this unique RS go and congrats on you new order man!

We got white GLE 450 amg coupe ( for my wife) 3 months ago. We have 5 months old boy and needed something more for the family. Its a not bad car but it was my wifes choice. Im not used with its weird shape yet and also my RS has bigger trunk than this and omg gearshifter on steering column but.... Happy wife happy life. Overall its a good machine but you got 63 amg wow!

I am planning to get rid of my RS in the next few months too...only using it to go to work for 13 miles and most of the times we spend in the gle

But thinking to swap it with something more family friendly like sepang RS7 performance or S8 plus ;) still deciding tho

Thank you very much! Your RS is fantastic and I certainly got ideas from yours when mine was blacked out.

The RS had two car seats from day one, but it still wasn't practical and simply wasn't used much.

For me it will be SUV's for several years to come. Perhaps it is driving my beastly ESV, but I don't think I can go back to any car for awhile. These days I am favoring the sportier SUV's on the market.

LOL! Nope, Panther for most of the time. I actually switched my order a few times from Ibis to Panther, but ended up sticking to Panther.

Thanks Tony! Lmao gearshifter. Used to it from our GL for six years. Thought the trunk is pretty darn big to me.. Thought it would be smaller to be honest.

Nice ride! Love the new Benz interiors.... not so much the stick on tablet navi screen though. Dont understand why they went that route, haha

I am about to repaint my old B7 in Panther Black Crystal Pearl and have trouble finding the right color code. I know is H8H8 but the painter says that are few options to this code.
If anyone can help me with a real code from the car sticker, would be much appreciated.

If you can, I'd very much advise you painting the car at an factory authorized Audi body shop. Panther is a pretty tricky color to match. Perhaps the Audi dealer can help you locate one.

Here is the proper paint code for Panther. LZ9Z

The paint costs about 2000 euro without doing the area around the engine. I am doing it at Suzuki, there is one of the best painters in town. Lets hope the color will be close to original.
