    Bay Area Tint Shop Recommendation

Anyone who lives in Cali knows it's been hotter than hell recently and even though I garage my car at work and at home and have the sunshades option, I'm ready to get a tint. I've never done it before so I know absolutely nothing about tinting windows and the different types and what's legal and what's not. That being said looking for some recommendations based on the following:

    1. Any reputable place in the Bay Area don't care if I have to drive 5 miles or 65.
    2. A tame/legal tint, I do lease so a limo tint they probably wouldn't like at turn-in (they didn't mind the Stasis flash on my 2010 when i turned it in)
    3. No interest in tinting the front windshield, and unless it looks ridiculous from a cosmetic perspective, wasn't planning on tinting the rear

Thanks in advance for the advice.

Check out Auto Image in Belmont Ca. (near Railroad tracks & Hillsdale, between El Camino and 101). http://autoimagetint.com/

They put 70% clear 3M crystaline on my S4 (front rear side windows) about 3 years ago. Great place.

The 70% clear 3M crystaline keeps IR heat and UV off interior and looks not tinted.

Thanks for the recommendation. Reducing the glare and keeping the heat out are my primary reasons, however, I do want the windows to be a bit darker as well. Do you think the 70% 3M crystaline is the best solution for that or do I go with the other that looks a bit more tinted?

There are some other grades of the 3M crystaline with lower amounts of transmittance (darker). I picked the 70% because generally the police will not notice it & the 70% is readily available. Any tint on the side front window in, CA is illegal, but if it is not noticeable, it is unlikely to generate a ticket.
