Xenon Headlight Warning Light

Hi AZ'ers,
I recently had headlight pulled for repair with the ECS Headlight Repair Kit. Upon reinstallation, I got the warning light.
Fault Codes:
01535 & 01539

If this warning light means I need to have my headlights adjusted, how do I go about this or do I need to go to the dealership?

Bulb out warning. Either you forgot to plug something back in or one of your headlight bulbs is really out.

The headlight is working, so I believe that's not the problem.

I have the V-Checker Pro from ECS Tuning. It has the option 55 and 29 like the VAG-COM, but it doesn't work!
