My plastidip glossifier review

Here are pictures from my recent use of plastidip glossifier. Already had the wheels black with plastidip. Added about 3 coats of glossifer to each wheel besides the passenger rear. (Ran out). There is a difference but not extremely noticeable. I like it though. It's much smoother and looks more .. Idk.. "Not spray painted" for a lack of words. I'll order more and add more coats. Should be even better. I'll try it on my plastidiped grill and rear emblem too

First picture is a before
Next two are about a week after (so they are kindof dirty with brake dust)

You can see the shine at this angle

More coats should make even a bigger difference

Every pic looks exactly the same. Not sure what you're trying to show us. You should plasti-dip some coilovers on your car

Glossifier doesn't make a huge difference over black. I did some wheels in orange (awaiting impending hate), and they looked really bad in matte, but the glossifier made a ton of difference on those (Picture linked here). No, they are not this color anymore, but another shade of orange nonetheless). All above colors made with Plastidip.

But anyway... about your height. I can't tell you I'm stupid low, but I'm sure as hell not stupid high anymore. Even a set of H&R springs with your stock struts will improve the look of your stance. Just gonna throw that out there.

The orange isn't my taste but not horrible either, for winter wheels or such. What mind of tires are those? From yours pics they look like low-profile Goodyear Wrangler mud-slingers.

They are winters. 245/35 if I remember correctly, studded Altimax somethings. It's a damn good tyre in the winter, along with Quattro.

FYI, multiple coats may not necessarily make it glossier. One light coat, followed by one or two heavy coats works best imo. Several coats can tend to add more texture from my experience with dip.

I know I need to go low and not that the rims look cheap plastidiped. I'm starting college in the fall and just don't want to waste money. And I'm saving for a new car anyway and don't want to waste money on this.

They look different / better in person with the glossifier...... I swear
But was it worth the $10-15? Maybe. Maybe not. Gave me something to do in my free time though. And now I know
