11.3 @ 130mph
10.8 @ 133mph!
Only things these guys have are ARP rod bolts and head spacer kit ...
Now on to me
I have a complete turbokit from 034 Motorsport and initially my goal was 500chp but now I wanna go a bit further (+550chp) to obtain the numbers that the cars above make +-

Tial 38mm wastegate
60x30x7 intercooler
Cast manifold
550cc EV14 injectors
AEM 3inch air filter
Also have this stuff that I allready bought:
- 3 inch custom cat back
- AEM Water/Meth kit
- RS4 B5 MAF
- Bosch 044 and FP34 tank
- New chain and guides
- ARP Rod bolts
- ARP Main studs
- Head studs
- New oil pump
- Glyco bearing main and rod
Haven't bought a compression spacer yet
Now what I'm brainstorming is , I bought a complete 3.2 24v engine and DSG gearbox for an extremely nice price that I couldn't refuse. It's in my garage and I was planning on taking it apart and getting it completely freshened up to get boosted , paint the block, powdercoat the valve cover, all new gaskets and seals etc etc
Now it comes:
New piston rings aren't cheap for these pistons and if I take the price of the head spacer + 2 gaskets + the price of new OEM piston rings I can almost buy JE drop in pistons 8.5:1 comp ratioB-ut then I'll have rod bolts, main bolts, head studs , pistons and no rods ... Sounds retarded no ? Or do you guys say save the 6-700€ for something else
Now my buddie bought an A3 3.2 Manual and he's gonna go loco with a PT6466 and fully built to highest spec engine aiming for +700whp so he's making me crazy
Then again if I wanna do +600chp I'll probably have to use another turbo , intercooler piping, intercooler and my 550cc injectors won't be sufficient anymore + the DSG gearbox casing is only rated at a max of 675-700nm so anything above 600chp and 700nm is waiting for it to pop
I was also thinking of freshening up the head and putting in inconel exhaust valves and titan retainers and springs cause I'm not gonna rebuild the whole engine like it was brand new and then just put on that second hand head with 150k km just like that but the .64 housing on the turbo won't let me revv +7000rpm cause it will probably die out up top no ... ??
