    Lug nut cover removal tool

Looking through the parts in my trunk I couldn't find that long U shape tool that removes the caps on the lug nuts. I can confirm I have the caps(on the 19 peelers) as the lug wrench cannot fit over them, there is also no hole in the middle for that little hook removal tool in the top right corner of the pic. Any ideas where it could be hiding or should I just pick one up from ECS Tuning?

Look in your glove box. They are in the wheel lock case.

This just made me realize that I've never taken my wheels off myself. The only time they've been off is when I had the springs & spacers installed. The tech said that getting the caps off was really a pain & that he had to bend 2 screw drivers to get them off. I never really thought much about it. So, the car comes with a tool to get these off? I bought the car used, but did not have a wheel lock case in the glove box - what does it look like?. In fact, I don't even know that the car has wheel locks. Again, never looked at the lugs myself.

I rotated my wheels last week, and found the tool to be quite useful. Now only problem is I can't remember where (specifically) in the tool kit it is supposed to go. I'm sure there is a specific spot, but it's not readily apparent to me.

If you ever lose it, they are readily available at most VW dealerships, and probably cheaper than at Audi...LOL!

I believe the tool kit gets stored in the trunk, kind of inside the spare tire cavity. That little plastic "tweezer" is $6 at your local Aud dealership. Its real handy though for removing the "capscrew" covers.

Mine is in the lower left of OP's pic in the hole where the head of the wrench is. No special spot.

What I don't know what to do with is the "tail-light assembly tool", top left in the pic, looks like a spreader for spackling! I was lucky to even find what it was by searching.
