    Does anyone know if a 265/35/28 tire will fit on a a4 2008. i am looking to get new wheels and tires. just looking for some help.

    I see. just look to see if anyone have but 265/35/18 on there car and have any problems.

    265 is more than likely NOT going to fit. The width you'd need for that tire wouldn't work...

    The bigger question is why? 235 is stock. As pfig said 255 can be made to fit, but why go through the effort if it makes no practical difference? If its a style thing then I guess I understand...

    It'll fit in the rear just fine, up front might take a little work. swoardrider has 265's all around. But in short 265's will fit fine in the back, not as easily in the front.

    OPERATOR.what year is your car? I see the you have 19" wheel did you have to modify anything on your car to get them to fit? is your car lowered? i love the way it sits.

    I was running stock S5 et32 wheels 255/35/19 and they rubbed on the back on rough roads, I am dropped on Eibach pro kit. Bugged me so I sold them..

    I have 245/35/18 Pro-Contacts on my titaniums and haven't felt any rubbing, but am still at stock s-line ride height. 265 is crazy wide though.

    i run 255/35/18 & ran 265/35/18 for a bit too, but rubs
