Where can I find the pintle caps for our stock injectors?

My local napas and the like are unable to find the white/brown spacer that holds the o-ring on. Anyone know where to find these? Mine have cracked and fallen into the valves

It's the white part in this picture

I would suggest trying to find a set of used injectors.... I just got some off ebay with 30000 miles on them for $12 shipped... Im really not sure if those even come off without breaking.... check with a dealership..

JHM used to sell these, but I can't find them on their site anymore. They work good on 1.8T injectors as per this post:

    Maybe give JHM a call?

Looks like you can get them on ebay as well. Either the "universal" type that looks like what JHM was selling:

Or the original "washer style" which came from the factory:

    Thanks Walky,

I had seen mr. Injector, but I was unable to determine which 'type' of injector I had. This helps immensely!

Walky, you beat me to it. My JHM ones are still working like a champ.

For anyone who finds this thread, I wound up buying an injector service kit from a guy on ebay called allzone. Price is good and international shipping was reasonable

Its really only needed when removing the injectors from the manifold.

You can use a scribe or pick to remove the o-rings if the come off the injectors and remains inside the intake manifold.

Installing the injectors the o-ring is pushed onto the injector.

    IMO, not really needed....
