S-line trim on Premium Plus?

Please forgive me if I'm asking a question that has been addressed in the past (I ran a search but could not find any detailed information on this topic). I have seen some online listings stating a 2013 A4 Premium Plus Quattro includes the S-line package... based on the information on Audi USA's website here under "Package" it says this option is only available for Prestige models. Can anyone clarify this little issue for me?
Are there Premium Plus models with:

• S line embossed Alcantara / Leather sport seats
• 19" 5-segment-spoke wheels with 255/35 summer tires
• Brushed Aluminum decorative inlays
• Headlight washer system
• Black cloth headliner
• S line front & rear bumper & door sills
• Body-colored door sill blades (beneath doors)

Typically, these listings are Prem+ vehicles with the Sport Package included already...

You might be able to do a custom order, but when i was looking at various packages, only prestige models had the s-line package. The sport package can be on any model lineup.

I just ordered my Prestige + S Line, dealer said the Premium Plus could not be ordered with S Line any longer, it was an option up until the 2012MY. Don't know if that's completely true I'm just repeating what I was told.

Prestige only for 2013.

For 2014 the S-sline exterior is standard on Premium Plus and an option on premium, but the S-line interior stays the same as prestige trim option only.

To get complete S-Line package (exterior & interior) 2009-2011 required Prestige trim.
IIRC for 2012 you could get exterior only (bumpers, stone guards - not sure about wheels) S-Line trim on P+ at no extra charge - if you wanted interior trim goodies, AoA bumped you up to Prestige.
Not surprised that facelift A4 now requires Prestige to get get S-Line package.
Unfortunately it's all about AoA profit margin for mama Audi in Germany.
AoA could care less what we want here - demise of A4 Avant in NA a perfect example.

This video was posted by a Canadian dealer, where here the package/levels/option combos are different than in usa. We get base, premium and premium plus. No prestige level (premium+ is somewhat the equivalent of your prestige)

So here in Canada, S-line is available both on premium and premium+ levels, but we cannot choose a sport package like you do in the US.

For 2012 Audi put some of the S-line items on all A4s, but not all. No Sport Seats, no 3-spoke steering wheel, and no Sport Suspension.

It was purely cosmetics to placate folks (in the US only I believe...could be wrong though) because the 2013 cars were coming out with the face lift.

Premium 2012 A4s still had the non sline exterior. It was 2012 P+ and Prestige cars that got the sline exterior standard.
