2014 S4 Audi USA order guide is up

Can't really see a whole lot by way of changes but it appears that all cars are now getting 'drive select controls' while maintaining adaptive dampers and the sport diff as standalone options. Probably just means you can now adjust engine response and steering feel standard. Advance key is now also standard. Prestige now only adds adaptive headlights, navigation, B&O and side assist. Also appears there is a Black Optics package available.

I always thought the engine/steering settings and advanced key should have come standard in the S4. Good on Audi for getting with the program.

Titanium is available on the base model. That is how is was in 2011, but in 2012 it was prestige-only.

I agree considering everything is there for that besides the coding/button.

My big concern with ordering a 13 last month were big changes to the 14
model and it looks like I am safe.

Not on all years from the factory, but on all years you can VAG-Com it to give you engine/steering.

I like the addition of the black optics package, although I can't say I would have opted for it on my '13 had it been an option. The new layered aluminum/black interior trim on the other hand I would have gone for.

Yea I was suprised when shopping for a used s4, how hard it was to actually find one with advance key. I also hate that my prestige didn't come with a rear camera, even Hondas come standard with the rear camera now. I'm in the process now of retrofitting one in.

did you see that they lower the speed limiter to 130 if you get all-season 245s...definitely avoid that.

I also like the black/alum trim. I wonder whether it will come with black trim around the gauge?

What route/hardware are you going in order to accomplish this? My '10 Prestige also did not come with a backup cam and would really like to have one.

Along with seat memory and Bluetooth audio streaming. (Seat memory was only available with prestige package on my car and Bluetooth streaming wasn't even available)

What I don't like about the package is that the exterior mirrors are the same color as the body.

Red ring around the start button now too? I'm curious to see the replacement for the brushed aluminum trim looks like. I wish the carbon fiber trim came with the piano black cluster surround. I wish they released pictures. Supposedly according to the equipment info there is an alu optic front splitter as well now standard?

Uh, after six years of driving on track I only hit 130 for the first time last weekend with the help of my new tune from REVO. The reprogramming wipes out the top speed limiter anyway. Why on earth would you need that feature?

Max speed rating of tire, no? OEM would have a pretty miserable lawsuit on their hands if they sell a car that can go faster than the max speed rating of the tire. I do remember Gray Davis around 2001 putting in some ridiculous legislation in CA that speed governed cars around something silly like 90 MPH...doubt that's still the case.
