Options for different style headlights that will fit Audi A4 with factory Xenon HIDs

Hello,

I am wanting to buy some new headlights for my A4 but all of the headlights I find say "Are not compatiable with Xenon HID Systems." Does anyone know of any aftermarket headlights that are?

Don't do it. Keep your factory HIDs. If you want something different, Fly's LED mod

Do it! This is how I managed to get OEM Xenons for close to free. I thought I was joke lowballing a guy on Craigslist but he agreed so I was at his door in under 15 minutes. You're doing the community a favor ;)

You have a couple different options,you can run headlights like that but you'll lose the adaptive feature of course. The ones that you have are very desirable and are worth quite a bit, but if you dont want the OEM look that is YOUR decision, screw what anybody on here says. If you asked " what do you guys think" or "how does this look" that would be one thing.

I dont know why people are such assholes about this question. If he wants to run different lights let him, not everybody is all about Fly Led's.

I have the imitation b8 lights on mine but he cant :P haha cause he is coming from an HID setup and I was coming from a halogen.
To the OP - the pin is different you need like a "reverse kufatec" harness or something and then vag-com. I am sure some shop will splice it for yah but it does seem a kind of waste.
I thought there was an aftermarket headlight for the OEM HID setup? Weren't the AF lights with the led blinkers the ones?

Also, the LED string light output is terrible during the day, so that's another reason why people hate the lights pictured above. Countless people have bought "A5 style" aka "Spyder" branded lights before, and have had terrible results. We are not all being assholes, but rather trying to warn people not to waste their probably hard-earned money.

Why not buy those aftermarket lights, and replace the internals with quality stuff? Then you can got the look and the quality output.

A few people have done that from what I recall. Fixes the light output issue, but the LED strip is still shit.

i had those "R8" style headlights on my old sedan. biggest waste of money ever.
The light output is terrible, the LED's are absolute shit, they look ridiculously cheap (because they are)
i thought they looked cool at first but i grew to absolutely despise them, i couldnt even look at my car anymore because i hated them so much.
i wish i wouldve listen to these guys but i was a noob back then, dont make the same mistake i made

Stupid argument is stupid. We're assholes about it because there are NO aftermarket headlights that offer better output than factory Bi-Xenons. Full stop. Aftermarket headlights are GENERALLY totally shit quality wise, and we don't like people to waster their money.

Nobody said those didn't look good, I don't mind them, though trying to mimic the b8 is a bit lame IMO. What people do say is the light output is shit and they're REALLY poor quality.

So yea, we're assholes. The air must be so much clearer way up where you are...

I saw those spyder headlights you posted in your first link in person today and I must say they look like shit. You can tell its cheap just by the look of it. Don't go that route
