The maintenance schedule doesn't change after 200 000km. Just go by what your service history states. Depends on whether your car is coded for the flexible Long-Life progrma or for fixed intervals as well.

Are you telling me that there is no gearbox oilchange, it should have on belt also? no engine chain replace ?
I dont belive that lifetime story, because life has teached, that if you don-t change lifetime oils, chains and so one.. then you have to pay much more money to get your audi moving.

I change the oil in my 2.0tdi every 15-20 000km regardless of the LL-program. I'm not sure if gearbox oil is included in the service plan, but I did mine at 140 000km. My dealer recommends 90 - 120 000km interval for the gearbox oil change. This is for a manual trans. Brake fluid should be done every 2 years / 60 000km.

As for the engine timing chain, it should no require replacement before 300 000km. If it doesn't make any noise it's still good. Since the chain doesn't need replacement you will need to change the auxiliary belt at some point. I would recommend every 150-180 000km.
