HELP! Turbocharger install issue. 2003 Audi A6 Quattro 2.7t BEL automatic tranny

I have a 2003 audi a6 2.7t quattro automatic. I blew a head gasket and have been rebuilding most of the motor. I had the turbos sent off and when I tried to install them I am having some issues. I have been able to attach them to the exhaust and the header is attached to it. I am trying now to attach the header to the cam head and it seems like the passenger one is bumping into the starter. I do not know if the rebuild shop accidentally switched the rear turbo housings or maybe did not line up up the intake to them. any information or pictures would be greatly appreciated on this. As I am trying to work through this week and get it back up and running. Thank you in advance. BTW, I have the bentley repair manual and it is about worthless for the turbo information. I also was using elsaweb that was online, but it looks like the vag group made them take it down. I have elsa win 3.5 but no serial number. Please help.

Hot sides are the same but colds are different. Sounds like you just need to clock the turbo. It's best done with the turbos on the car. You'll never get it right with them off.

loosen the bolts that hold the turbo together and spin it (the housings) until everything is clearanced properly.

google it .... probably a million pictures showing stock turbos and you can infere the angles from there... but as said, do it with turbo on the exhaust flange, it is almost impossible to get it right with turbo off and no jig mockup of motor. We are talking about I think 6 small bolts total, don't have to remove them, just undo slightly and you should be able to rotate the housing.
