B7 A4 Stage 2 APR: MOD RECOMMENDATIONS

I just did stage 2 APR with Eurocode tuning's test pipe. I love how the car's running, but looking to do more mods. Does anyone have any other recommendations on what I should do next? Cold air intake or catback exhaust? I WANT MORE POWER for a good price! Thoughts and input please...

I was also wondering if all automatic B7 A4's come with 7 gears? I was surpised when I got my car and it actually had 7 gears.

Next mod should be : APR or HPFP Upgrade Pump kit

As for having 7 gears, you have a FWD B7. All Quattro Automatic has Tiptronic transmissions and only have 6 gears. FWD Automatics have a CVT Type Tranny and has 7 gears.

More power with the cvt is a recipe for disaster.

Also neither a catback nor a "CAI" will give you any more power. They're sound mods not power mods.

False a true Cai will give you crank numbers but wheel numbers probably not, but they do cool better and weigh less then stock airbox. Also if you run something like aems the intake tubing is solid won't flex under boost.

you either want a HPFP & go stage 2+ or I would suggest a FMIC

If you do proper fmic then yeah go that route but ones like awe that block the entire radiatior I wouldn't.

Those can be done with gloss shadowline tape :) - matches the BB pretty good.
