There is no difference between a US spec B5 S4 bumper and a Euro spec B5 S4 front bumper.

The Euro front Is shorter, from what I understand.

And no, I am not referring to the RS4 bumper.

And what's the point of the swap between the two? Just curious, in case there is any difference.

If you really want it it's sold on Vast's old web sight, in the section with blinker fluid and left handed screwdrivers. Do yourself a favor and wait until February 30th. They typically go on sale then. Shipping won't be too bad as they will drop ship from your nearest Audi dealer. They tend to keep a few in stock. Use the coupon code WILDGSCHASE for an extra 10% off at checkout.

I may be wrong about some or all of that though. I'm sure about one thing though.....

Good, informative, mature response, s vier. I will be sure to send you a few of the left handed screwdrivers... What exactly was the point of you posting? So you can get your post count a little higher? I asked a simple question, but apparently you are sensitive to the subject so I apologize, on February 30th you should keep an eye out for a special package I will send to you to ease your anxiety...

I cannot visually see a difference. I took an S4 from the German section of Ebay, and an S4 from the Washington section on Craigslist and compared them, and I am not seeing any variance. I overlapped them (albiet crudely) on the bottom and still am not seeing anything. Even if there is some slight difference in length, it would seem that it is soooo tiny that no one would be able to notice, so it would not seem worth it:

You don't get it. The Washington S4 has had an euro-front conversion done to it, duuuh :).

I'll wait by the door for said package while this goose-chase runs out of steam.

For the record; an immature AZ post would have included profanity and name calling with boarder line incoherent grammar usage. Mine was pretty tame. I apologize if I offended you though.

I found it funny and not offensive, especially given the topic.

So that explains why my blinker fluid reservoir was always on the opposite side of my muffler bearings! haha

Mine has always been next to the headlights vacuum pumps. Xenon bulbs need to be in vacuum to work more efficiently.

my original response still is the right answer... you can get one from europe...or anywhere outside the states for that matter...

I see what you did there, well played, sir. I took it as the usual b5 crowd bashing, my apologies.

So you are basically telling me that when I find a euro front here in the states, then Bigfoot should be right behind?

Interesting, thank you for the clarification. I was under the assumption that the differences were more obvious. To Hell with it. I will begin my quest for a regular front.

Time to wake up people, there is a difference between US and EU front S4 b5 bumper.
The US has a fillerplate around the licenseplate, the EU does not…

The local Audi dealer could not find any option for this fillerplate towards EU bumpers when I asked.
So, I´m guessing the US has holes to latch this fillerplate on?
The EU has nothing behind there. Therefor no way of latching the fillerplate on.

There is no difference in size between the two.
The US S4 rear bumper is a standard facelift EU A4 rear bumper.

Filler plate difference! Damn you! Consider me (re)educated as I forgot about that difference. Slight as it is, I was wrong. There IS a difference. ECS Tuning should change their site where they sell the "Euro front filler panel" too. It's a misnomer as the panel would only fit on the US spec version. The euro one, though recessed, won't accept the filler panel since it lacks the notches to hold it.

For reference, Canadian fog grills are different than euro and US spec ones as they lack the fogs. I wonder if Canadian bumpers still have the fog bracket behind the fog delete grill. That would make 3 different bumpers if they didn't.

I'm a go back to reading about cheap rs6 turbo variants now.
    I have disgraced my family.
