P0113 code Intake air sensor high please help?

Check engine light came on again, and this time there is a new code, P0113 Intake Air Temp Sensor. Is there a separate sensor for this like one on the intake manifold or does the MAF sensor do this. This code had never came up until I just cleaned my MAF for the first time. I used MAF cleaner, cleaned air filter and reassembled. Could this just be coincidence that it failed or maybe I sprayed a little to much oil on my filter and it got on my MAF? Could the air temp coming past the MAF have ant effect on this? Any suggestions? Clean MAF again and clear code? How can I tell if my MAF sensor is bad?

In 1.8t's the IAT sensor is located on the intake manifold, right next to the throttle body.

You need a 5mm allenhead/hex to remove the sensor.
