Anyone have actual DYNO numbers for the 3.0T A6?

I've heard the opinion that the A6's 3.0T is not truly as 'de-tuned' from the S4 3.0T specs... anyone validate such statements? Would love to get a 4-wheel DYNO chart of the A6... none in my town.

I got some numbers from when the car was stock, but still haven't been after the tune and pulley..will most likely go in the near future though

Well, it is detuned in a sense that it has more drivetrain loss, a less aggressive intake, and a less aggressive exhaust. Not sure about actual ECU detuning however.

This is the best I can find you at the moment:

This was my stock A6 before any modifications. It put down 293HP and 322TQ (SAE Corrected) to the wheels. That means roughly 360HP and 400TQ at the crank.

This is off a C7 correct? There was a power increase between the C6 and C7s.

Wow! that's what I was assuming, I honestly think even the C6 makes more power than stated by Audi. Today I slightly outran my buddy's Lexus IS-F (from a dig) although I do have my cold air, gutted trunk & muffler deletes....

Okay for a second I thought I was still under the influence of the happy pills lol. Makes sense now as to why the loaner '13 3.0T I had a while back was actually rather faster than I thought it would be.

Even though the IS-F has more power and weighs less, it's nice to know that you killed it!

Damn it was hot that day..

Edit: it's hard to tell from the picture, but Run #1 is the middle line, Run #2 is the far left line and Run #3 is the far right line.

Doesn't the C7 weight quite a bit less than the C6? If so that should be kept in mind when comparing any noticed performance difference.

Erm, I think it's around 100lbs less... might not even be that much. Let's say 78lbs less.

C7 has better gearing, more power, and indeed, a bit less weight.

2012 A7 makes about 15 horsepower less at the wheels than a stock S-tronic B8 S4 which seems about right for a 23 crank hp difference. Both are relatively underrated from the factory based on the dyno data we have collected.
