    oCarbon.com - 6 piece Q5 interior carbon fiber trim set - $800 shipped

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I've got one of these sets for a Q5 ready to ship. It can be wrapped up and out the door the day after payment is made.

These are done in an 11oz 2x2 twill fabric, which is the standard carbon fiber look. If you are interested in a carbon fiber set made for your Q5 in a different fabric, it can be made for you, but it would take a few weeks to manufacture.

Email me at [email protected] if you have any questions or want to take it.

    Price: $800

Shipping: Free via FedEx Ground to US based customers, $25-30 to Canada.

Core deposit: $300 – this is refundable. Once you install the carbon fiber trim you can return your original trim back to us and the $300 will be refunded in full.

Pieces included: Full 6 piece set, including 4 doors, 1 dash, and 1 shifter that fits both auto and manual vehicles.

Very tempting. I think I would do it if you could make them that kept the aluminum strip across the top instead of covering it up.

I'm assuming you use the one's we send in as the base for the new ones. Correct?

I was planning on keeping my wood trim to match the cinnamon, but this is a good price so I just might do it. Please let me know about keeping that strip or not.

    Thanks.

We didn't cover them up on these pieces. The original provided to us to use didn't have them (I believe it was an aluminum core). If we were provided with a wood core that had them, we could retain them. It would take a few weeks to manufacture it though.

Correct. You provide the core deposit and have the option to return your wood core back to us to get your core deposit back.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks. We tend to think we have very competitive pricing and some of the highest quality interior trim in the industry.

    Cheers.

Do you also provide instructions on how to safely remove the trim?

I do have a guide I can email with instructions.

The doors and dash pieces just pop right out. Takes very little time.

The shifter is a little more difficult and takes about an hour.

Few people have asked for installed pictures. These are the only one's I've got, as I've only sold one other Q5 set of trim:

Hey all, these are pics of my 2010 Q5 and my how to. Can can say that the install was easy enough while taking my time and the quality is great. In fact, I've since sold the Q5 and replaced it with a 2014 Q7 to which I bought more carbon from Matt.

Just wanted to say hi and apologize for the dusty car when I took these pics ;)
