You must not be looking very hard. Also you should reconsider keeping apr...

ATP Turbo - crappy manifolds, but fine otherwise, just use a stock one
PSI Concepts - TD05 18G - probably wouldn't work with an APR tune but is a great setup for a great price

thats just two, there a plenty of others

I purchased my Big Turbo kit from CTS. I have been really happy with it. When my plans changed and I needed my turbo ASAP. They had it overnighted to me for the next day. Service has been really good.

An APR stage 3 tune should work just fine. My understanding is all stage 3 tunes all basically work with all big turbos.

As far as buying american.. You're buying an american made turbo off a Canadian vendor. I'd say you're still "buying american". It's the cheapest you'll find that turbo.

I've also purchased a bunch of stuff from CTS. Couldnt be happier. First my GTRS kit with everything, now my 3076 and intercooler and some bits.

CTS is an awesome option for us Canadians

I have use CTS parts for years, great company to deal with.
Pagparts also make some real nice kits, cant go wrong with Vband mani and downpipe, though it cost a tad more than the Cts Kit.

I've never dealt with Clay so I can't compare his service, but I have dealt with Arnold and he's a stand up guy committed to making quality pieces for his customers. I'm sure Ber Nur can share his experience.

The manifold in the CTS link looks like a copy of the PSI mani to my unedumacated eyes and I've read some lackluster comments on their cast quality w/ the Transverse manifolds.

SS Vband for the win if it were my $$.

Also I thought both Garrett and PTE were getting their turbos built out of China nowadays, not North America.

I dont mean to be dush, but whats up with the hole china=$hit atitude, not ALL products made down there is low quality, this is 2012. Hell, even your iphone is made in China. If it meets the industrial requirement of quality, made by the company of orignin, who cares where its made. just saying, nothing personal..

Sounds to me like you are trying to be a douche, but I never said anywhere Chinese stuff was crap. My IE rods are from China, they work great and yes - so is my iphone.

    Cheers.
