    Who makes the oem air filters for Audi?

    Hengst? Mann? Mahle? Some other company?

    Time for a new air filter and I've decided not to use a k&n or other serviceable filters. The media looks much more robust in the oem/aftermarket filters.

    Probably Bosch. Idk if they make air filters?? I would recommend buying a couple of air filters on rockauto.com

    Just like the oil filters, every single filter you can get for this car is exactly the same. Pick the cheapest one

    Audi has specifications they must be made to, so there is no difference. I would not obsess over which one you get.
