How to remove stickers from windows?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I bought the car with two stickers on the front window that are annoying the sh*t out of me, especially because one of them is half off, but I cant just pull it off. And even if I could I know that there would be traces of the sticky stuff from the sticker. So any advice on how to get rid of them and any traces of them would be welcomed. Thanks.

Problem is that they're kinda caked on to the window. I have no idea how long they've been on there, but i cant peel it off. I guess Im going to have to try the razor blade method.

As far as the WD-40 goes would I try to spray that on the edges of the sticker? or is that for taking the goo off after the sticker is off?

definatly use a razer blade, just make sure to hold it at an acute angle.....and also you can use gas, goo gone, rubbing alcohol, and or brake cleaner, just make sure it does not come in contact with your paint

razor blade and windex, WD-40 work fine... jus spray the windex or wd-40 on the window where the sticker is and take the blade and scrape the sticker off...

Oh boy. Go to the hardware store. Buy some razor blades. Carefully slide the blade under the sticker, and continue to push the blade underneath the sticker. All the while being careful not to DIG the blade into the windshield. Take some 409 cleaner and squirt the adhesive residue with it, and again take your blade and commense to remove any adhesive. Next week we will talk about changing tires.

you mean checking tire pressure. acetone is seriously a good organic solvent. The adhesive remover from 3m is really good. Takes off the clear paint protector bra w/ no probs.

I deal with this all the time at work for our DOT numbers and decals we put on the sides of the coaches. Get yourself several razar blades and some paint thinner..apply the paint thinner to a rag and wipe the area with the rag then use the razar blade to scrap the sticker off the window
