Suggestions on 2013 Audi A4 Color choice

Hi all,

New to Audi and the forum. About to pull the trigger on a 2013 A4 Prestige and trying to decide what color to order. I am hesitating between the following :

Monsoon Grey with Titanium Grey / Steel grey interior
Volcano Red Metallic with Titanium Grey / Steel grey

I've seen the Monsoon Grey and know I like it but haven't seen the Volcano Red. I googled and saw some TTs with it. Looks a bit orange but hard to tell without seeing it in person.

What does everyone think?

Hi I can only speak for myself, but I was really looking forward to the Volcano Red as well after I saw the photos from the 2013 A4 release at an auto expo. But I did go and look at a TT in Volcano Red at the dealership and I changed my mind. It did not seem as cool as it did in the photos!

BTW I just custom ordered a 2013 Brilliant Red A4 P+ with sport package. Got a pretty good deal IMO. $3500 off MSRP on a custom order.

Monsoon is the best! (although I am biased lol). If you want a really unique color, go for scuba blue. Its an Sline only like Volcano Red.

My avatar is the car I own now. A 2012 Monsoon Grey A4. I love it. I haven't done any major mods yet but i'm looking forward to it. Good luck on your choice. Those 2013's are pretty price even for premium model. It starts at $40,000!!

The advice I have is to make sure you see the color on a car in person. Do not rely on photos and especially don't rely on the colors shown on the Audi web site!

Thanks for everyones suggestions. I have checked inventory at all the local Audi dealerships and none of them have any model Audi in Volcano Red. Thanks for your opinion on the color Arvind since you have seen it in person. It's really hard to tell from photos. Holmes4 you are right, I need to see it in person. I think I am going to go with the Monsoon Grey as I have seen that color for the past couple of years and have always liked it / wanted that color.

Now if I can just get the dealership to negotiate. Is there an area in this forum to discuss pricing? I couldn't find one.

Ibis White for absolute carefree-ness, while looking great most of the time. Followed by Meteor Grey, Monsoon Grey, Daytona Grey, etc. Any of the old/new dark greys.

I think I might get Daytona if I get another Audi in the future.
