Welll I'll just list everything worthwhile

    -Cabin Filter
    -Air Filter
    -Coil Packs
    -Spark Plugs
    -Fuel Filter
-Mounts (Engine/Tranny, for better ride and better for engine power)
-Oil change with filter change, maybe a few flushes
    -Coolant flush
-Transmission Fluid (if TIP, if 6speed then consider a new clutch, hell why not)
    -Rear Diff fluid change
-Engine bay cleaning+ cleaning of ypipe, pressure pipes, throttle body boot
-POssibly gaskets? if you need to.

EDIT :Oh yeah and a full TBelt kit. Def. Do this while having all this other work done and put it. Get the one with the belt, acessory belt, water pump, thermostat, pulleys, coolant, the whole 9 yards. A nice running engine wont be so nice with a broken tbelt and bent valves, messed up cylinders.... just get the kit before anything else.

And, even though its not tuning, clean up headlights if needed. give the car years off its age

    ECS vs. OEM

What's better some pieces ECS has their own "Brand/Kit" I.E Timing belt which is the "better" one ECS or OEM?

Get as much oem as possible. You can and should order it all through ECS as they carry genuine Vw/Audi parts. Things like fluids don't need to be from them as long as they meet the specs. Spark plugs can be NGK, ect, ect... Mounts should be OEM unless you get something like 034 mounts...

I try to stick to OEM as much but what I'm saying is the price of ECS tuning is somewhat higher is the quality higher?

For example when it comes to the Air Filter I got OEM (15.36$) vs. K&N (49.95$) we all know K&N is a reputable company is it's air filter "better" than the OEM

Edit: I realised that the timing belt kit ECS brand is more expensive because more items are offered so it wasn't that the quality is better but that there is more than just the timing belt

Yeah its not entirely safe to say that OEM is better than EVERYTHING out there, but for the most part it's best to stick with them.

Right now i'm riding with a Duralast front axle, which i'm only waiting for it to blow. Meanwhile i'm trying to fix my OEM axle, but i'd rather get Raxles all round.
