Guys, (Thanks Brent for putting this in front of me)
Most of you are right on point about being swamped. I think the best thing to do right now would be to get a little wordy and explain exactly what's going on - so that there is no confusion about DipYourCar and our intent to do business.
This company was started as an on the side, "let's see what happens" type thing. I was running it myself out of a small warehouse for the first couple of months. We now average over 90 orders per day, 600 emails per day (including inquiries), and lord knows how many phone calls. We've been in business for 7 months. To be honest - we do not have the staff to keep up with the demand. Not only the demand in product, but the demand for communication. Imagine how many people want to ask questions about their project every day.
The facts are myself, and 6 other individuals are working 7am-9pm days 7 days a week; have been for almost 2 months. We are in that classic "skyrocket growth, but haven't been in business long enough for a bank business loan" stage. On top of that - we are buying PlastiDip out of certain products on a monthly basis.
First and foremost - I apologize to anyone we didn't get back to in a timely manner. For those who I or my team have spoke to, you know how much we care about you guys and try to get to everyone. We are sending the product out as fast as it comes in, and out intent is never to ignore a customer email or phone call.
I'm pleased to say however that we have 3 new people starting in the next 10 days. Our warehouse has expanded as of yesterday. We are taking the steps needed to address these challenges. Like someone here said - I used to be on the forums every day. I haven't had a chance to do any of my daily routines.
Thanks for understanding guys. This thread was like a punch in the gut as I read through it. Just realize that we are trying as hard as we can to catch up :)
