    Anyone Run Ferrari wheels!?

So I'm sitting here in Afghanistan looking at cars on theThrottle and saw a sweet Ferrari 348. I've always loved those speedline wheels that came on that car. Anyone ever run them?

The fronts are 17x7.5 et +49 and the rears are 17x9 et +63.5. A little extreme on the offset side. And probably not a good idea to run staggered on a Quattro. Could probably run the 7.5 with adapters no problem, the 9's probably not. Would the 63.5 even fit with a fill and redrill?

Oh last question...running 25mm adapters lowers the offset right?

You'd need custom adapters similar to below: (to convert Ferrari bolt pattern to 5x112 and changes offset to something useable)

Offset: make adapters thickness to make total around +30 to +35
Staggered: no problem as long tire diameters are the same
Design: ehhh not on a b5

You can have those wheels re-drilled, but I'm not sure how much of the integrity of them would be compromised. Adapters would be the safe route.

I considered grabbing a pair of these off of ebay a while back.. I think with some serious adapters you could run them just fine. 30mm adapter in the rear brings you to ET33.5..
