what does a ceramic coating do? make it easier to clean? and would i want it on a polished lip?

Yes to all! I'm a detailer/ppf installer. I ceramic coat wheels daily and the easy with which they clean up is amazing. Usually only soap and a pressure washer are needed. I don't use wheel cleaners or acid once the wheels have been coated. Depending on where you live I can refer you.

Gotcha. I did the same on mine regarding the trims. They'll not look small in black at all. Larger if anything, as the tire/wheel contrast is not hard like silver/black tire. With ceramic, you're good. But I still prefer satin black. Wheel and car body contrast nicely. Here is my old A5 with satin black and glossy silver...

What's the best offset on a 20x10 to sit flush? The wheels I am looking at comes in 33. Or if I go to 20x11 I can get it with a 35 offset.

I am running 20x11 with 35 offset. I am pretty flush. Have plenty of pictures on my IG @gqambitions or on the pics of your car now thread as well. Hope this helps.

Hey guys I'm Getting Ag M510 20x10 et 25 in satin black soon and It seems like 275/30/20 tires is the way to go after reading through a lot of these posts and looking at the pictures. I'm deciding between Continental dws06 Or the Michelin pilot as3 plus. the dws06 comes in 275/30/20 but I think I prefer the Michelins. If I'm not mistaken the michelins don't come in that size. They do come in 275/35ZR20 though. I'm a noob with tires so whats the difference between the 275/30/20 and 275/35ZR20. I live in Oregon so I need the Ultra high performance all seasons. Which would you guys go with?? I'm also gonna get HR street coilovers and lower it a little bit.

go to tirerack & look at the spider chart test comparisons for the tire.
do not go with the 35% sidewall aspect ratio, too large a dia, it will mess up the ABS, speedo, etc.

Lol I will definitely post when I get them on. I just got this car a month and a half ago. So far only have an AWE track exhaust and the ECS carbon fiber intake(sounds amazing). I got a front lip and rear diffuser sitting in my garage that will get installed after the wheels and coilovers.

hi guys...........i really need some advice.........i have A5 CONVERTIBLE S-LINE 2.0 TDI 20MM lower than standard with it having sports suspension.

i want a perfect drop level ALL round............what mm h&r springs should i get........am i right in saying...if i get 35mm springs i will drop it 15mm as its already 20mm from standard?
any advice info appreciated.

I wasn't sure what to expect. Completely changes the look of the car and gives it sex appeal. I get no rubbing. Can't really say I feel a difference in performance but they are lighter than my 19s. I think I can add some 5mm spacers to finish them off

Do you have any rubbing issues with that wide of a tire and being that low?
