I ran those thing on some classic cars(v8) and hated them!! Start rusting after 3 months and sounded like shit. Plus that constant deafing sound will drive u crazy!! Avoid at all cost

Just get a hack saw and cut your exhaust off! that is free and it won't rust and you will get more horse power gain than any exhaust system you can buy will give you! and loud like RACEKOR!

funny thing is popular straight through mufflers like Borla, Corsa, Bassani etc are just glorified glass packs...

If ur looking for hp and sound start with a test pipe. If ur trying to stay cheap get a quality muffler and have a muffler shop make u a custom exhuast from the test pipe back. Sound + performance.

A custom exhaust can be had cheap. Test pipe is like 50$, that's going to give you sound/rasp. After that you can have a shop do whatever. People spend literally 1000$ on an exhaust system. A shop may not use the pretty chrome or titanium piping, but you can choose your mufflers and pipe size. I had a 3" v-band turbo back exhaust made for a couple hundred.

Honestly you could throw on some GP but generally ppl will frown upon it because of the origin... Even if it does sound good! Especially when there are alternatives that can be had for the same amount of money, that don't resonate (<pun) with the cheaper, ricey type mods..

For something basic maybe a Magnaflow. I know a couple guys that have them, ones on a Hemi, can hear that thing from almost a mile away. And it's a decent sound not just loud.
Just the muffler and have a shop make the rest of the piping for you. Cost my buddy with the Hemi $200+ the cost of the muffler for stainless pipe.
