Hi I have as stated a 2008 Audi A6 with 46k miles. The A/C does not work in the car at all. I have tried filling it with 134A Freon gas and it still only blows warm air from all the vents. I cannot hear the A/C compressor coming on when I turn on the A/C. Any help will truly be appreciated. Thanks guys.

Take a look at the HVAC section of my private TSB library. Here is the link. http://www.uberlame.com/a6_tsb/Audi%...TSB%20List.htm

It sounds like a couple of things.
    1) Leak
    2) Stuck Valve
    3) Bad Temperature Sensor

A temperature sensor will shut down the A/C.

But just to make sure turn off the econ switch off.
Some people misunderstand the use of that switch.
