    Aka: "Brooklyn Audi"

Anyone have any experience with them?

I am looking to pick up an A5 for my mom that they have on their lot there. I just dont want her to walk into some place with shady dealers lol. I ran all the numbers on the phone with them and it sounds good. Just want to know if anyone is family with anybody there or has purchased cars from there before. Let me know

Not that it matters but I understand Open Road is a large auto group (that includes Audi of Manhattan and Brooklyn, amongst others, incl. VW). My dealings with either have not been particularly satisfactory; however you still have to do your due diligence. Others can chime in. Good luck.

I got my B8 A4 from there. They showed me a floor model then promised they would get the same model for me with the same options. I was really busy at the time so I asked my brother-in-law to pick up the car and I signed the lease agreement. They lied about the model and I ended up with a base model (my b-i-l doesn't know shit about cars, sad) for the price of a premium plus. I got a lawyer on their ass and they refunded me a bunch of money and threw in some accessories. Because I already signed, I couldn't return the car, but I ended up getting it almost $1500 less than MRSP and got free bluetooth, tints, audi care plan, paint protection, mats, trunk liner, and 2 sets of wheel locks. After about a year, my mom needed a car and I ended up giving her the A4 and I got an A5 (from a dealer in california, long story), this time with everything I wanted. :)

I wouldn't trust them at their word, but if they wrong you, they will make it up. In the end, although I wasn't satisfied with my purchase, they made sure I had a good relationship with them and kept me happy. I would probably buy another car from them, but I would shop around.

I dont trust any dealer with used cars, so if its a used car make sure you inspect all the paint and panels (exterior and interior) of the car to check for any signs of accident repair (accidents that may not have been reported). Check all the wheels and tires to make sure there are no bends or bubbles, even on the inside surface. check the tread life on the tires. And make sure you get all the service records.

They were too shady for me... Decided to go elsewhere. It was for a car for my mother. She went with my stepdad today to Porsche cause he is looking into a CPO 997 C4s cab and they had an immaculate TT vert that my mom fell in love with.

Bought my 08 A4 Avant CPO with 30k miles there. Price was Low at $19.5K so I was skeptical.
Well turns out the car is perfect so I have no complaints. No more shady than any other dealer.

I purchased my A4 CPO from Open Road - Audi Manhattan last month, and they were pretty fair with pricing, and deliver exactly what they say, nothing more. Also they won't go out of their way to make you feel great about giving them business, but will take care of issues.
