I got my B8 A4 from there. They showed me a floor model then promised they would get the same model for me with the same options. I was really busy at the time so I asked my brother-in-law to pick up the car and I signed the lease agreement. They lied about the model and I ended up with a base model (my b-i-l doesn't know shit about cars, sad) for the price of a premium plus. I got a lawyer on their ass and they refunded me a bunch of money and threw in some accessories. Because I already signed, I couldn't return the car, but I ended up getting it almost $1500 less than MRSP and got free bluetooth, tints, audi care plan, paint protection, mats, trunk liner, and 2 sets of wheel locks. After about a year, my mom needed a car and I ended up giving her the A4 and I got an A5 (from a dealer in california, long story), this time with everything I wanted. :)
I wouldn't trust them at their word, but if they wrong you, they will make it up. In the end, although I wasn't satisfied with my purchase, they made sure I had a good relationship with them and kept me happy. I would probably buy another car from them, but I would shop around.
I dont trust any dealer with used cars, so if its a used car make sure you inspect all the paint and panels (exterior and interior) of the car to check for any signs of accident repair (accidents that may not have been reported). Check all the wheels and tires to make sure there are no bends or bubbles, even on the inside surface. check the tread life on the tires. And make sure you get all the service records.
