Don't buy an 2011 Audi s4

I bought a 2011 Audi S4 with nothing but problems!! First thing was the differential oil was leaking after 600 miles and 2 weeks of ownership!! Second car had noise coming from the fuse box!! Third thing I had wind noise on driverside door so the replaced the seals!! Finally I drove my car for 5 months after the rear differential was fixed and it was leaking again and they can't find where its leaking from so they are putting dye the pinpoint the leak!! My first Audi and my last!! I HATE AUDI!!!

Sorry you got a lemon car, hope you have got pleasant experience from the dealor.

But vast majority of us here have great quality S4s, you are generalizing a bit too much by saying "don't buy at all".

Sorry you had such a bad experience - I'd not classify this as a lemon, hardly...mechanical items sometimes fail, they're still amazing machines.
Go buy a Lexus, or better yet, realize many new cars have issues. Our Honda Pilot had Transmission failure and a blown strut in the first year we still kept it for 7 years and it was great beyond that.
Our 1.5 year old Q7 has not had an issue at all. I had an A6 with 100K miles (many will tell you it's just getting broken in) and it ran so strong the dealer thought it was chipped. just regular maintenance.
My S4 is my 7th Audi in 10 years, and NOT my last!! I LOVE AUDI!!

Well that settles it. Very scientific and highly accurate mechanism for measuring the overall quality of a brand. He even narrowed it down to the year. So all of us who have a 2012 are OK since the OP didn't have that year.

What is better is he recommends a BMW or a Corrolla, both brands which have never exhibited any problems. Heck in the last 100 years there has never been a single BMW which has these kinds of problems. At least he did our research. Mall those with 2011's , start selling. BMW is waiting!

We are all here because we love our cars and the knowledge and experience from the members here is incredible. And you will (almost) always find someone else who has had your problem and had it resolved satisfactorily. And if in fact your car is a lemon, plenty of people here can help you with that, too.

So change your approach, change your attitude and get your shit fixed so you can enjoy it!

I had a 06 330i and it was in the shop every month, sometimes multiple trips in a month. While it may have marred my opinion on BMW's newer models, I wouldn't login to my E90post account and start ranting about how bad the car was and you shouldn't buy one. My 99 M3 was pretty reliable, the 06 330i not so much. I can accept that maybe I got a lemon, thank god it was a lease lol.

My buddy kept having issues with the fuel pump on his 07 335i (This was a HUGE issues with 335i), they finally replaced the fuel pump and something else (was in the shop for a week) and since then its been fine.

All cars have lemons, they are mass produced and there are bound to be some issues coming off the line.

Expecting absolute perfection from something mass produced is just fooling yourself.

Let the dealer fix it, honestly I know it can be frustrating but taking it out on the whole line of cars with more people happy than how you feel makes you look bad. As others have said take a deep breath and step back, coming from my issues with my old BMW I know the frustration you are feeling. The dealer can make it right, and worse case you can push the issue with Audi customer relations and get a Audi tech out there. I know BMW did this with my car, a BMWNA tech came out to observe the issues and run scans on it, presumably to take back to the mothership lol. I felt great knowing I had elected to be a guinea pig for BMW and I was paying for the opportunity to do so
